The package price includes: 

1. Services of Nadezhda Hospital:

• patient’s medical/fertility history review
• initial consultation
• follow-up consultations
• ultrasound scans
• blood tests
• stimulation medications
• sperm preparation, including donor sperm
• 2 intrauterine inseminations (IUI), 24 hours apart

2. Services of MEDSPA BG:

• all coordination between the patient and the clinic
• assistance with IUI vacation travel arrangements for the patient
• meeting at airport / bus station and transfer to hotel/apartment when coming for the initial consultation
• transfer from hotel / apartment to the airport/bus station when leaving after the end of the assisted reproduction program
• transportation to the clinic for the initial consultation
• accompanying at the consultations and examinations in the clinic including the IUI
• cell phone for Bulgaria with pre-recorded important telephone numbers /for the time of the treatment program/
• assistance with currency exchange in Bulgaria 
• information about possible accommodations, SPA procedures, attractions, food, cinema, concerts, wine tasting, one-day trips to historical, cultural and natural attractions and shopping
• treatment follow-up.

The package price does not include:

• STD testing − Hepatitis B & C, HIV 1 & 2, Syphilis
• psychological counseling /on request of the patient/
• accommodation in a hotel or an apartment 
• translation of documents, if needed;
• interpreting at the visits in the clinic from/to a language different than English;
• personal assistant for the duration of the assisted reproduction program, including accompanying in the clinic for the blood tests, injections & semen analysis: 70 euros per day or 200 euros for the whole program;
• additional transfers from/to airport or bus station to/from hotel or apartment in Sofia: 15 euros per transfer;
• preparing and organizing an individual SPA program that supports the success of the assisted reproduction program of the client;
• trips to local historical, cultural and natural landmarks.
